On Monday 14th February, Play Time will return from 10 am- 12 pm.
Our activities are outdoors on our spacious grounds. If poor weather is forecast, Play Time will be cancelled. Notifications will be made on the St Matt's Ashbury Play Time Facebook page and via email.
Cost: Free however, donations are appreciated

Craft: Paper plate ladybug craft

Materials needed:
Paper plate (or circle cut out of red cardboard)
Red paint/texta/pencils
Black paper (for the dots and the head)
Black pipe cleaner
Googly eyes (or just cut out white circles from paper)
Material needed for next week’s craft:

Ziplock bags
Food colouring
Hand sanitiser

Colour scavenger hunt: go for a walk and collect/draw/spot things of different colours. Here is a sheet you can print out and use, or you can just make one up yourself. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-cVjZBMBNNXTDVVbUNtLWV4UGc/view?usp=sharing
Jumping colour game:
Draw circles of different colours and jump to the colour when someone calls it out! Eg Pink - jump to the pink circle.
If you have the game Twister you can use the play mat to jump between the circles!
Building towers:
Build a tower using blocks, or Lego, or Duplo. Try to make it all one colour, or make it lots of different colours!
Play ‘Please Mr Crocodile’ with your parents or grandparent, and siblings!
Tip - wear the most colourful clothes in your wardrobe!
